Built on more than 20 years of successful performance of the DFPRO, our next generation DFPRE plug-and-play dust and fume collector series offer a more efficient, compact, and economical solution that can effectively support continuous manufacturing processes. This compact unit is easy to transport, relocate and install: It comes pre-assembled and requires minimal set-up.

Industry-Leading Filtration Design
The DFPRE Series is equipped with our unique trigonal Evolution cartridges that are specifically designed for improved pulse cleaning, increased airflow per cartridge, and superior performance. With its more efficient cartridge filters and advanced downward airflow, the DFPRE system has fewer cartridges for the same filtration power, reducing filter replacement costs, maintenance, and floor space requirements.
Positioning more filter media at the bottom of the cartridge, the trigonal shape allows for more dust to be accumulated on the bottom of the filter and is helped by gravity to achieve superior pulse cleaning performance, less energy consumption, fewer filter changes, and reduced maintenance/downtime.

IoT Enabled with iCue™ Connected Filtration Service
This collector is enabled with Donaldson’s iCue™ connected filtration monitoring service. Designed to remotely monitor a facility’s dust collection equipment and provide operational insights directly to end-users, this information can help manufacturers reduce unplanned downtime, support efficient maintenance and operation, and automatically capture compliance data.
